Great Home Gallery takes great pride in the manufacturing of fine home furnishings and we have never recalled any items we have sold or selling at this time. If you experience a problem with an item you receive from us, please contact us immediately. We will promptly solve the problem and forward you a replacement if possible and if necessary. Some of the furnishings we sell are one off items, like the Persian Rugs. Although we cannot always control the outcome of a delivery when a third party is involved, you can be assured that we will work diligently to solve any shipping problem to your satisfaction. Thus, there are no product recalls at this time.
